Kerri-Ann was instrumental in assisting my mother and I with her condominium sale and personally assisting the new buyer. She was always available to us and very patient with the new buyer, which we remain grateful for. Further, her handling of various aspects of the condominium collective, from large scale improvement projects, budget, and required inspections is superb. Kerri-Ann was always quickly responsive to us, actively engaged with the property, and very helpful as we navigated the sale of my mother's property.

Juanita is an absolute gem as a property manager in Silver Isles from Miami management in Sunrise location! She’s always on top of things, super responsive, and genuinely cares about making sure everything runs smoothly. I live in Doral in the Urbana townhomes. Miami Management is supposed to take care of a property that encompasses 520 townhomes. Our grass has not been maintained since July 23 , the trees have not been trimmed since before that but we are still paying association dues. All I have been getting is a bunch of excuses that are of no value whatsoever. We are supposed to have our grass mowed every other week. This is an update: I contacted Customer Service but nothing has happened. Grass was mowed once in August it is now September 26 and the grass has not been mowed since. I contacted the Property Manager, Paola Velandia and still no results. This Management Company needs to be replaced by our BOD . This is an update on Miami Management lousy management. These mattresses were dumped 3 weeks ago. I have contacted both the Property Manager and the District Manager and nothing has been done. I live in Urbana I Doral Fl . This Management Company has to go . The BOD has not done anything regarding this lousy service.

I want to share my experience with Property Manager Rosanna and her assistant Daniela, who manage the Pembroke Cay Pembroke Pines community through Miami Management. I have received excellent treatment from both of them.
The HOA always responds to my emails promptly and with a genuine attitude to help resolve any concerns or issues that arise. Recently, I had the opportunity to visit the office located at Sawgrass, and I was impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the entire team.
It is clear that they strive to provide quality service and maintain open and efficient communication with residents. I am very grateful for their dedication and commitment to our community. Thank you for your excellent work

I went to the clubhouse as a new resident looking for information and Sandy was soooo helpful ! She gave me so much information and made me and my family feel so welcomed in town. She also assisted me in jump starting my Candle Making class in the clubhouse. Very grateful for her and all her help!
