Metrum is phenomenal. My wife & I wanted to use the equity in our car and they gave us a phenomenal rate that was better than our bank. Metrum is personal and professional. The person who helped us has been with them for over 20 years. What a great company. We are so glad that we became members. If you need to borrow money, this is definitely the place to go.

I moved all my accounts to Metrum Community Credit Union after I got approved for an automobile loan through them in April of 2021. All of my dealings with Metrum since then have been nothing but positive. All of their associates are extremely helpful and pleasant. I have a higher rate of return on my savings account and CD, and I have never paid a dime to them for any kind of "fee" that the big banks charge on a monthly basis. I highly recommend Metrum Community Credit Union to anyone! You will be happy that you made the change, I definitely am.

Metrum is top-notch. We have been members for 35+ years. We brought the kids into the Metrum family in youth, for education, and learning the benefits of credit union membership versus retail banking. Metrum has always been managed and staffed by people who are responsive, depositor-oriented, and knowledgeable. Shared-branch banking is a tremendous feature that offers convenience and flexibility.
