I've been with State Farm for more than 5 years now and Jenny and Melissa and their staff and co workers and team have become like family to me over the years. No matter the time or day, If I have a question or need to pay a bill or just need to speak to my agent, I find that they are always there for me and that's very important to me, Because I'm not so easy to please, But they all continue to make the insurance process a walk in the park. They are all friendly and knowledgeable and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an insurance company that knows their stuff and puts their customers first. I have dealt with Jenn for years with State Farm. First she has great phone ettiquite.
She is a great insurance agent. She's very accurate, kind and considerate whenever I call to make my payment or asking her questions concerning my driving insurance or my life insurance.
