Brian is wonderful. We recently switched from another carrier. Brian was with us all through the way, giving us quotes from multiple carriers, and helping us pick the right ones. He also gave us tips and ideas to reduce our premium.
Before we signed up and had a question on our roof (for our Home owners insurance), Brian stopped by, took pictures and confirmed things with his underwriters.

He is very quick to respond, and always has quick follow up.
