Nenana Native Association highly recommends MDM Financial Consultants for all your accounting needs. Tribal government elections are held annually, and although personnel may change, the health of the tribes accounting remains of the utmost importance to maintaining compliance with Federal/State grant requirements. In the six months since acquiring the talented services of MDM Financial, Dmitry and the staff have proven to be very meticulous and thorough, all while being patient in mentoring the tribal council on the actual value of a P&L sheet. Dmitry with MDM Financial Management is very professional and he is very good at what he does. Our accountant did not send in reports for us for a couple of years and it took Dmitry two months to get our books in order and send in reports to all of our funding agency. We feel good with his company, I would recommmend his company to other tribes

About a year ago, after the Hamilton Tribe lost their office to fire, I felt so lost and alone. Working from home has not been easy as the Tribe does not have a bookkeeper since March 2021. In November 2021, the Tribe hired Dimitri as their Accountant, which I am ever so grateful for. Since November, Dimitri has worked hard and diligently to help the Tribe get caught up with QuickBooks (which I had no access at the time). Working from home, I have been using Personal Hotspot to connect to internet at home, and believe me, it is very slow many times. From date of hire, Dimitri has been very patient with me to get everything he needed to get us updated, and that is something I appreciate about him. Dimitri also makes sure that the Tribe is caught up and on time with reporting and other important material.
I am also grateful to hear from the Hamilton Council that with Dimitri on board, the Tribe does not need a bookkeeper just yet - which is very fine with me because we have him on board.
