Tim and staff represented me in an IRS tax audit and with his cool demeanor, knowledge of the tax code and expert advice my audit concluded with no change to my tax return. I have referred several people to him as well and in each case he was able to perform at a high level for them at a reasonable price.

This started out as a positive experience. I worked with a very nice lady Sue, who took my panicked call and helped me sort through a very bad tax situation I was in. I basically had to pay a ton of fees and penalties for a business that was never started. So this was already a huge financial burden. I had calls in to a few different CPAs in order to get this done as inexpensively as possible. I then asked Sue what the cost to file the return was. I was told $175, even though this was a pretty penny to pay, but I knew there would be cost involved. When I came to pick up my returns today, I was slapped with a bill for $390. When I told them this bill must wrong, and it was $175, I was told there were fees for calling the IRS and FTB. $210! Never was I told there were additional fees and costs associated with filing this return. I am extremely disappointed with their transparency on what this would cost. So I guess the IRS isn't the only one gauging people in relation to taxes. Beware when using them, make sure you know what the costs will be UPFRONT. Seems as though they are a fan of giving you a little surprise!

They did not do a thorough job with my taxes. They did not ask me if I had any deductions or anything beyond just the basic income. I was not happy.
