They will not respond and not sure why they advertise. I have received 1 email saying they would reply and apologizing for not getting back to me. Never heard another word so it may be worse once they have your money. I think I will definitely look elsewhere.

Do not recommend this insurance broker. At least not the St. Petersburg, FL branch. Our underwriter was not responsive and not helpful at all on the account we had with this broker for years.
