I've been using McAnnally tax 10 plus years. They do excellent work. Kevin and Sue are very personable. However, their price goes up every year. I hand over a paper with total figures and they just key them in. This year's $170 was my last time. Being a widow and retired, I can no longer afford them.

Met with Tyler. Suppled everything needed to complete the tax paperwork. After that I could not get a response that the file was complete. After two weeks had to go to the office. It was sitting at the front and had been ready for two weeks. Tyler never responded to a single email or call I made to the office. The front desk kept telling me to wait to hear back from Tyler.

Wish I could give them more stars!! I was extremely pleased with the entire process from the prep of my taxes to my preparer Judy. This is my second year filing a 1099 and 1st time with this company and I’ll definitely be bringing my business back here in the future. Judy was genuinely down to earth and cared about making sure I had the best experience possible. She was very knowledgeable about a lot and especially what I could right off as deductions; I ended up saving money and I’m very thankful for that!! 😁
