Excellent and knowledgeable advisors. McAlvany wealth management has an ironclad reputation in the community that has exceeded 50 years from my understanding- the precise reason I didn’t utilize any other company for this type of service. Jeff’s knowledge of the industry was impressive and made a 1st time investor feel at ease. He had always continued to stay in touch. Customer service experience was excellent as well and all staff is attentive and caring. Thanks.

If I could give negative stars, I would. McAlvany informed me that I must invest in both sides of their strategy... metals & equities. Their pitch is safety through diversity of investments. After buying numismatic coins from them, at one of the highest premiums (27%) for that day ( I researched), I later realized that the 2011 coins were just run-of-the mill, and most dealers sold them for 8-15%. On the equities side, I spoke with their rep, after deciding to invest in their Most Conservative plan. I was told that (I have their names) would call me, first, then he would invest according to my wishes. Instead, no one called, and McAlvany used my investment money to load up on gold & silver mining stocks .. the complete opposite to their promise, and to McAlvany's intended, and advertised strategy. I had no idea that this had occurred, until my first statement arrived, months later. I was upset, but realized that my balance was almost as original. As time went by, trades were made by McAlvany's people, as my balance sunk to new lows, and was about a third of the original balance. In calls to them, they applied their reassurance through their positive lingo. I've since removed myself from anything McAlvany. I was screwed by "them", through their incompetence, lack of communication, and high premiums. After gaining much experience, be really careful before committing any of your investment, here.
