Amanda West ,What kind of manager are you? Amanda isn't the most popular person at Harmon Senior Villas. She has to make residents upset sometimes because of holding them accountable for rules and regulations. She has to be a tough person but it isn't easy to not be likable all the time. I understand and I ask questions and she will answer them. Now, the other day she helped me with a problem on my account regarding auto pay and my rent not getting posted. I got a different opinion of her because someone stole my identity. She was doing audits and took her time and put my payment in her self. Now that is a manager being tough when you need and helpful when you need too.

Is there a # to contact corporate, not a regional director…CORPORATE? Not tenant services email cause nobody responds….i called the 214 number and was told there was no one other than my regional director I could speak to….This is the 3rd money order that has been ā€œmisplacedā€ by the office, late fees being applied to my resident acct when rent was turned in on time…I’ve been in my apartment since the complex opened and have not had this many issues until now. All of a sudden it’s a smoke free property (I don’t smoke) but tenants have been smoking over here since the place opened, visitors parking has about 20 spots in the very back of the complex I dare not make my 62 year old mom walk from the very back of the complex to the front where I live, Gates have been broken for over 2 years, shall I continue?

I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the management and operations at Alton Park Apartments, where I currently reside. Despite numerous attempts to contact your team regarding these issues, I have yet to receive a response, which is both disappointing and concerning.

The overall conditions at this complex have become increasingly unacceptable. The level of unprofessionalism and inappropriate actions displayed by the office staff, coupled with the persistent problems within the community, are truly alarming. The frequent rent increases—two within the past year alone—coupled with the introduction of unexpected fees, are placing an undue financial burden on tenants, including myself.

As a professional, I am appalled at the manner in which this property is managed. I have submitted multiple maintenance requests for issues that have yet to be addressed, including a broken ceiling fan (which was already faulty when I moved in), a malfunctioning breaker that has left my kitchen outlets unusable (resulting in my refrigerator being powered by an extension cord), and a dishwasher that has never worked. Despite my attempts to address these concerns with the office, I was met with disrespect, as though my concerns were an inconvenience rather than valid issues requiring attention.

Furthermore, the living conditions on the property are deteriorating, with trash overflowing and the grounds becoming increasingly unsanitary. The disregard for the well-being of the residents is evident, and it is clear that the primary concern is financial gain rather than providing a safe and livable environment for the families who reside here.

Most recently, I received a notice stating that I owe $25 in unpaid rent, which is completely false. I have been using Flex to pay my rent and have proof that it has been paid in full. This appears to be yet another tactic of retaliation from the staff, who seem more interested in exerting power than in providing proper service to residents.

I urge you to take immediate action to address these concerns. The current state of affairs is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the reputation of your company. I hope to receive a prompt and serious response to this matter, as well as a plan to resolve the issues I have outlined.

We have been waiting for approval from these people for months. We sold our house because we are elderly and need a smaller place. They wanted all the information on the sale and have a certified copy of all paperwork and still no answer. We need to move to Lavon Villa Retirement Community and cannot do anything until we are approved. This is bordering on ridiculous.

Terrible company to lease for. Was charged for thousands of dollars in cleaning and repair fees for random wear and tear and painting. The property manager was also extremely nosy and rude. DO NOT MOVE HERE

Since it is hard to contact your office by phone I guess I have to try here.

How is is legal for your property located in South Houston , Tx by the name of Granada Terrace are able to evict and charge residents the cost to replace AC compressors?! Notices were received on residents doors last week advising all residents to not set their AC below 74 degrees for as long as you are living on the property! Even during the summer time! These apartments are not all bills paid and these apartments do not pay residents electricity bill! How can they force residents to keep their AC at a certain temperature? How can they force residents to replace AC compressors all because the apartments do not want to pay to have things fixed. It can get up to over 100 degrees in Texas during the summer! But I have to remain hot for the sake of not being evicted or hit with a bill for 1600.00 in a Low Income Complex. This can’t be legal
