Felipe is great. We moved in top of the year and despite it being the holidays and having several other move-ins to arrange he has been super present, responsive, and quick to fix any issues that have come up. We are grateful to have a property manager as willing to help as him!

I just moved in to my new rental with my family and Felipe was able to make the experience happen fast and hassle free. Application Process was smooth and I had direct contact with him at all times so that any question I had would get answered on the spot. He was punctual every time we met and very straight forward. Felipe is patient, clear, and calm. I appreciate his help and knowledge in helping me find the right tenants for this property. As soon as he and I made our agreement I was relieved and had more peace of mind. Very trustworthy and reliable. Shortly after the new tenants moved in there was a plumbing issue and Felipe was on top of everything and made it stress free and moved things along smoothly for everyone. I’d highly recommend him to friends, family, and yelp community.

Felipe single-handedly enhanced my views about this property and changed my perception of property management companies in general. He went above and beyond to ensure a smooth move in process and transition for me. He was extremely responsive throughout the process, very personable and friendly, professional and thoughtful.Felipe answered all of my questions and was candid and thorough in explaining all procedures and expectations.I felt very valued and I feel as though He provided the very best service possible which was very meaningful and made the process very straight forward . My experience with Felipe was 10 out of 10.
