This is the worst managing agent in Manhattan. You should choose Douglas Elliman or NMC. Everyone in the building complains of a complete lack of responsiveness and the building is falling apart.

The company was good many years ago and has deteriorated substantially. Weeks without replies to emails. If you can get the receptionist they'll take a happy message that will go unanswered. If you complain, they seem to go out of their way to make your situation worse. Heed these reviews, it will save you a lot of aggravation.

Don't live in a building managed by Matthew Adams. They will nickel and dime you and are unreasonable. Difficult to work with, generally unresponsive and don't make living in one of their buildings easy or a pleasure. Avoid.
