I am currently pregnant and have united healthcare insurance my old card has a old PCP on it I need to find a new one and put the new name on my card.... so I called united healthcare and they said I also needed to update my address before they can help me and they transfer me to Maryland health connection and I can't get in touch with anyone I really need help I can't see anyone I have to keep going to the emergency room !!! What am I doing wrong

These representatives are really making people more problems. I have being trying to renew my daughters insurance for two months now, they keep changing the rules on how the system works, every single time I call there is a new rule that aparrently only the supervisor and the associate talking to you knows about because they keep making up these dumb rules now I can’t even access my account because they passed a new rule that if you have a tax ID they will hang up the call because apparently they’re not allowed to talk to you. Please get staff that it’s competent enough to work.

I don't want to give star but I have to for writeing review
One of the associate change my son Gender and the first time o call on Feb 14 2024 they acting like that was my foult and they told me to wait for 15 business days and I call back after 15 business days the other associate she don't care about my problem she focused on election I thought she is going to help me and I spend more than a hour but she didn't do nothing she say she is going push my case but nothing and I call again after 15 business days I talk another lady she say the something and I call after 14 business days and she told me to wait 1 more days and ask me to call back on Tuesday Apr 9 2024 I gave them 1 more day and I call today they say the escalation day already passed and you have to wait another 15 business days and I ask the land it happen b/c I didnot call on Tuesday? She say No
And ask is their anything I can do to fix this problem?
She say Nothing you can do just wait .
But I don't know what is going happen after that
B/c one of the employee mistack they make suffer
And also Nobody treat you just like their mistacke
This is governmental office but ......

My medicaid was cancelled based on my disability social security. I spoke with a associate who assigned me a broker named
“Sunita Sharma” to call to get assistance with selecting a plan.I am a senior and navigating that system was difficult for me.
I called the number to the broker several times and left a message many times as well she had never returned one single call after multiple times ,so totally unprofessional.When I called back to the health care exchanged they simply say keep trying. I then played around on the online site clicked a button to ask for a broker to call be back and I got an immediate response from a new broker named “ Ms Singh” she was so kind and patient and walked me thru the process to select her as my broker and cancel the other non existent broker Sunita Sharma. after that Ms Singh logged into my account and helped me every step of the way.
This review is based on the inital broker “Sunita Sharma “ whom paid no attention to my need for assistance. Shame on you lady !!!!

I wish zero stars was an option. The representatives are incompetent. They have no knowledge of the business they are supposed to be handling. I’ve been dealing with the same issue for two months. I’m still unable to purchase my child’s premium, because each time I call for an update, my application is resubmitted. Don’t get me started on customer service, or the lack thereof.
