Terrible Customer Service – Extremely Unprofessional!

One of Maryland Auto’s clients hit my car, so I filed a claim with them in July 2024. Since then, they never followed up with me! Now, it's March 2025, and after months of silence, they suddenly started contacting me—only to stop again without any explanation.

This is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. I feel ignored and mistreated as a customer. If this is how they handle claims, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Horrible service!

This is the worst experience you could ever get. after my accident I was ask to send my car to the shop because it is not safe to drive the car has been fixed and the mechanic is requesting for the check for a month now the car is still at the mechanic shop and the rental money has not been paid we're using our money for all the transportation for kids appointments and school who does that to their customers when you call,nobody wants to talk to you or return your calls and they keep changing your case managers, why do you stress your customers in this climate situation.

Idk how these people are still in business. Literally everybody hates them. Ranging from the people their clients hit to the clients themselves.

There needs to be some kind of state wide investigation of this company because it is filled with con artists and frauds.

I see that they're responding to every single comment with the same generic response.

Lemme give you some advice: nobody is going to email you their claim number. None of your clients are going to save you. It's time you do your own proactive salvaging. I'm saying this as someone who wants to help your business succeed before it's too late.

This company SUCKS when you undergo unfortunate situations.
They take their time. They DO NOT answer right away. They always want to have a "long wait TIME" when you do try to contact them, which means that you'd have to KEEP contacting them.
It is a LITERAL waiting game with this company. A JOKE IN ITS FINEST.

Poor service for 24-7 emergency services.
I had my front passenger tire blown out, and I called the customer service for the 24-7 hour emergency service. Which was taking forever. So I changed the tire myself.
Then I’m 23 miles away from home when my spare blower and I called to see if the person can put air into the spare tire. Then the person informed me that the spare tire wasn’t completely on the rim, and so no air was not staying in. So I contacted the 24-7 emergency roadside assistance service to get a tow.
When guy informed me that he had to asked his supervisor about it. Which I informed him that first I cancel since it was taking so long, and then second was not completed since the air wasn’t staying in so that void.
Honestly Maryland Auto Insurance and other insurance companies are freaking scammers and just care about the money.
Now I’m stuck on I-95 northbound and many other towing companies don’t work in the area I need my car tow to. Then he said I was only allowed one emergency service request which is completely ridiculous, Maryland Auto Insurance , I’m just done with them .
For the guy on 24-7 emergency services and his supervisor. Can honestly go kick rocks.

Crappy insurance company!! These ppl seem like a scam company. I was hit by one of their clients, who did a hit and run on me. I got the plate information and filed a Police report. Surprisingly, they had insurance with this crappy company. My experience with them is very poor. They don’t answer the phone. You’ll be on hold for long periods of time. The only line I was able to reach someone on is the line to file an initial claim. The adjuster they assign you with, doesn’t answer the phone or emails. I pray to God these ppl get sued and get shut down!!

If i could rate this company zero stars i would do it a thousand times! Worse insurance company ever. I filed my claim for my car being stolen September 9th and here I am over a month later car still hasn’t been recovered. My adjuster name is Marcie Chapman. I’ve contacted her numerous times via Email and Phone. I can never get in contact with her. Nor does she responds or calls back.In order for me to get a hold of anybody even after being on hold for hours after dialing 3 than 2. A claims rep will answer and tell me my adjuster is in the office but she’s not answering her calls. They’ll send her messages of me trying to contacting her but she’s still won’t respond. I’ve even contacted her supervisor and she doesn’t answer either. Her name is Leslie Meister. She never responded to any of my calls. Last time i talked to my adjuster a whole month later she’s stating that they still need time to investigate. It’s literally been over a month how much more time do you need !? This is very frustrating. Oh and to top it all off I’ve even contacted the email that’s been responding to reviews STILL NO HELP. Don't waste your time This insurance company is a scam.

This Insurance Company has been reported to The Maryland Attorney General Anthony Brown as well as The Consumer Protection Bureau for Fraud. This agency refuses to pay out claims that are due to victim's of accidents involved with their client's therfore needing to be investigated properly. Steer very clear of this Insurance Agency.
