Very unprofessional staff. Super rude and disrespectful. It’s a shame after 5 years of business I have to move on to someone else. I will not tolerate being treated the way I have by people who try to portray themselves as Christians. In life if you make mistakes, you should own up to them and MAKE IT RIGHT. Don’t make other people suffer for your faults. It simply isn’t right. I truly hope that no one else falls victim to this agencies tactics. If you are looking for insurance, please make an informed decision. You may be happy temporarily but it won’t last.
