Can't say enough great things about Mark & his entire team at State Farm. We have been customers for 18 years now have had numerous companies "promise" us better rates & service & there is no way we would every switch. Every team member is polite, patient, helpful, knowledgeable & flexible. Conner & Emily have helped us in the past when we've had questions or need to make changes to banking information and They are always such a pleasure to work with. Today, Matt assisted me with understanding some conflicting information on the mobil app I was using vs what our billing statement reflected & was fantastic, efficient & so kind. Every time I call with questions or concerns, we speak directly to a person who treats us like family, " not just a customer." I could go on forever! The entire team is absolutely AMAZING, and we will never go anywhere else for any insurance needs.

I have been with State Farm for 18 years now. And have been with Marks office since he came to the Colerain area. I have since moved to the Dayton area but would never leave this state farm team. My Dad and I have been coming to Mark Miklautsch’s State Farm for ages and even though he is gone now, my Mom and I continue to do business with this agent. There have been some minor issues recently involving pricing of life insurance (too high) and issuance of auto insurance cards, but no big problems. Nonetheless, when it comes to the office on Springdale Rd., I must say, walking into this office is a breath of fresh air! Jamie and Emily are the securities of the office in the front and everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely care about you! Matt, Colton and Connor are also great to work with as well! I never had any problems and I just walk right in, pay my auto insurance, homeowners and life insurance and get my receipt and I am out the door! It is very easy and convenient! I would highly recommend this agent and insurance company to family and friends! Thank you for all that you have done!
