As a 15+ years customer, I can say without a doubt that her customer service is the kind of customer service I would expect, and the reason why I feel confident to work with State Farm, and particularly with your agency.

Her attitude and passion to serve people is superb.

I recently switched agents June 7, 2024 to hopefully get better service. My last agent told me they weren’t able to fully issue insurance on my new car until June 2024. Now I have a $500 bill that I supposedly owe to Mark’s office. When I tried to level and talk to Megan regarding the surprise bill she kept telling me she can’t do anything about it. I told her well I cannot make a $500 payment when I thought they were being charged to my card. Then when I asked them to reach out to my last agent so they can talk about it and get back to me. They said they couldn’t then all of a sudden they called him yesterday and were being very rude to me. I also tried to talk to Mark and she said he would have to call me back. They are also saying I owe a bill on car I haven’t had since October. Thanks might have to switch again!!!

I've been with State Farm for a long time and have always had great experiences with different agents and their office staff. For example, the team at Ryan Walkers office in Bend are amazing, very professional and friendly. However, Megan seems to be completely incompetent, and on top of that they are rude and unwilling to help when they make mistakes on policy changes. If dealing with this office, I recommend speaking directly with Mark Larson or Terra to get good help!

I had a car accident back on 6/19/23 and the person at fault had an insurance company that would not respond back to be so i could get the process going. I notified Jessi Studebaker and she helped me get hooked up with State Farms Claims department and they took over for me. Jessi is always so helpful and willing to take the extra step for customer satisfaction. I have been with Mark Larson for over 30 years and his teams customer service is why I am still with State Farm. I'm looking forward to getting my deductible back and rental car expenses once State Farm settles with the other Insurance Company. Thanks Jessi for being there for me during this stressful time.
