So far so good. Recently moved to the area and switched to this new office. From my limited experience they have been incredible. I was able to get everything setup and going with both my auto and rental (soon to be home owner) coverage and the entire experience was very easy and straight forward.

Horrible people do not reply to calls or emails, my family cancelled all accounts because they were overcharged for three years and they refused to refund. They stated it was a system error but it was our fault for not doing a claim earlier. Every effort to discuss this was not acknowledged so my mom had to drive out 45 minutes to the office and was not able to get a resolution. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Worst insurance ever
When I wanted an answer on why my premium was 2.5 times higher than State Farm she hung up
Do yourself a favor and change agents and shop other insurance companies
Allstate customer service was as rude as the agent
$2900 vs my new policy from State Farm at $1240
What a rip off !!!
