Initially, when I walked through the doors of Mariner, I didn't really expect to get help because I had been turned down so many times before by other agencies. First of all, nothing could have ever been farther from the truth. I was treated with respect and dignity. It didn't matter that I didn't have a lot of money or drive a fancy car and live in a big old fine house or anything. All that mattered is that I was there asking for help and they found a way to help me. That is what it's all about. Because they helped me, I was able to purchase a great vehicle because the one I have been driving for 22 years died. Now, I don't have to pay for buses or cabs. Nor do I need to ask anybody for a ride - check out the side view of my new "whip". So, in essence Mariner finance gave me my Independence at a time when I really needed it. And I even had a few dollars left over to treat myself to a decent seafood meal in a nice restaurant.

If you ever find yourself in a bind or just need some money for whatever reason, check out Mariner. They're simply the best in the business!!

I was totally impressed with Helen's professional behavior and grace under pressure. She kept me informed and updated throughout the loan process.

First experience with Mariner was fine; I was sent an unsolicited check in mail for approx $2500. Was told if I wanted to use those funds to deposit in my account. No problem here.
About a month later I ran into a personal health problem and requested some additional funds. This time I felt very bad concerning the process of applying and then when I disclosed my monthly income I was treated by the assistant manager with suspicion and was told a lesser amount would be offered because she didn't see I had personal checking deposits for the monthly income I truthfully revealed. I was basically being told I was being untruthful! My explanation with this person was dismissed by her as if it was not true.

I keep getting emails sent to Alfred. I am not Alfred, nor do I know an Alfred. I've sent emails that I'm not their customer, but they keep sending me Alfred's details. Now they send me emails asking for feedback.
