After having my escrow account debited twice in 2022 for $4500 ea. and debited early in 2023 after I wrote a notice of cancellation for $6500, I feel like I was an interest free lender both times. American Family decllined to refund the $6500 until after my policy expired 7/28/2023. Notice was given to them June 25, 2023 that I would not renew my policies. Only after contacting the State did I get a response. BEWARE! This may be the way they use interest free funds on how many policies?

Was our agent for 2 years. Was slow to respond, almost always required us to call back to follow up, was "going to be in the office shortly" a lot, and when reshopping our insurance quoted us SUBSTANTIALLY higher than any other insurance agency.

Absolutely no customer service. Marcus Montier did not contact us after we filed a claim due to a broken pipe. However, 30 minutes after I wrote a negative review he called! Worthless.
