We have been customers since we moved to California over ten years ago. Found Manuel Morillo's name in the yellow pages and called him when we needed car insurance. Without having met him in person - just a voice over the phone - he gave us his full attention and care like we've been his customers forever. And when he's not available, Theresa is right there handling whatever needs we have as well! They make such a great team!

We just purchased a car this past weekend, and the salesperson and the finance guy at the dealership were so impressed with their service that they wanted Manny's contact information. We were more than happy to share our Insurance Team!

Manuel was very helpful with our acquiring insurance for our non-profit liability policy. Unfortunately when our non-profit had to move State Farm would not renew the plan based on their change in policies for providing new policies in California. Really saddened us to have to find a new insurance policy with a different company. Manuel had provided a detailed breakdown for our initial policy to covet all our needs and would have loved to have continued working with him. State Farm needs to re-evaluate this new policy for when businesses moved, especially those businesses are not in danger of being in a know fire location!
