I don't normally write reviews but i felt compelled to do so today. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and passive aggressive is how I would describe the man I spoke with today. If you do not want to help me with insurance just say that. He basically berated me because of my driving record. Which isn't that bad I might add. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Matt Maddox went above & beyond helping me to obtain new auto insurance. My old carrier was increasing my premium by 80%. Matt was able to get me the same coverages plus some for 12 months at a premium less than my old carriers premium for 6 months. Matt & I worked together years ago. He was great guy then & still the best. Also, the staff at the agency was very courteous and helpful whenever I called the office. I would definitely recommend his agency for all of your insurance needs. You can rest assured that the Maddox Agency will provide you the best customer service.

I made 15 phone calls and was goin crazy until I called this company I talked to this women named Lisa and she was great set me up a appointment made me feel important and she was just so down to earth in trying to help me find affordable insurance so I came in and sat down with Matt and as soon as I walked in i felt so good because I was a priority they new me from the phone call and they found me a great price considering what everyone else had told me but for the first time I felt good about the process of buying insurance and that was a first I would recommend this company to everyone

Never been more disgusted in my life. with this company for so many years We were like family took care of us handled everything.Made sure we were OK .As soon as we had a family problem I needed to leave because of an issue with price because of that family issue and now have that handled and wanted to come back matt told me sorry screw you can’t do it sorry bye! Glad you have a new woman glad you’re happy glad you screw all your good friends and your great friends. Great u have that good business old business. Definitely not like u matt!! So disappointed!!!
