Marla (loan officer) at the Wasilla branch is fantastic! She was very patient and accommodating when we arrived an hour before closing. She explained each step and went above and beyond to get our loan closed same day. She even stayed after the bank closed. She was polite and personable. I will continue to go to her and highly recommend her.

I’ve recently moved to the lower 48 and throughout the past month have been jumping through hurdles trying to update my life. Had my very first auto loan and loved how smooth the process went! Ashley was very informative and made sure I understood the options she had given me with debt protection and explained each of them so well. This Bank does the most trying to process an auto loan on an old vehicle then they take 3 weeks. Not only that they require 2 references like this is a job application or something?! Never dealt with this in my life and I’ve bought brand new cars off the lot.
