Eric and his team are very responsive, up front about costs as well as expectations, and do what they say they are going to do. They have a great online portal to where you can access all current tax information as well as prior tax information. Convenient and Easy to Use. He is competitively priced and makes it easy to pay online or in the office. He is more than willing to meet with his clients to review their returns but also discuss goals on years in the future for their tax planning. Would recommend to anyone that enjoys a easy and positive experience with great communication.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the services provided by Rudner, the CPA. As someone who has worked with two different CPAs over the past 10 years due to relocating into new cities, I had high hopes when I was referred to Rudner after recently moving to Arizona. However, my experience with Rudner's firm has been far from satisfactory, especially considering the level of service I have received from the other two CPAs in the past.

One of the most glaring issues I encountered with Rudner was the lack of communication. Despite reaching out to him via email multiple times to follow up on the progress of my tax returns, I received little to no response. After a frustrating month-long delay, I finally received an email from Rudner, only to find out that he had passed my tax returns on to one of his associates without any prior notification or explanation. This lack of communication made it incredibly difficult for me to understand the status of my tax filings and caused unnecessary confusion.

To make matters worse, I found myself repeatedly emailing the same documents to different individuals within the firm as my tasks were continuously delegated to other associates. This demonstrated a clear lack of communication even within the firm itself. Such inefficiency and inconsistency in handling financial matters were both frustrating and time-consuming. It is disheartening to experience such a lack of professionalism and coordination within a CPA firm.

I usually do not write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to spare others from the same headaches and frustrations. While I cannot speak for the other members of Rudner's firm, based on my interactions with Rudner himself, I would highly recommend considering other CPAs, such as Ludwig or Klewer, to prevent similar experiences and avoid unnecessary delays.

Overall, my experience with Rudner's firm has been marked by poor communication, lack of coordination, and unprofessionalism. I hope that by sharing my experience, others can make more informed decisions when choosing a CPA.
