Incredible communication, proactive rate reviews, and top-quality service. I've had the pleasure of working with Chris and his team for a few years now and cannot recommend them enough.

The entire Longevity team is both responsive and knowledgeable. They clearly layout plan details and itemized costs, as well as highlight discount opportunities. I personally prefer to pay my plan annually/semi-annually and Chris and his team have reached out, without fail, before each billing cycle with updated rates from my current carrier and/or competitors.

In almost 20 years of hassling with auto/home insurance, I can finally say with confidence that I've found the best in the business.

I had a great experience with Chis and Longevity Insurance Brokers. I was recommended by a very close friend of mine who also used Longevity. Changing insurance companies was seamless. Chris was very responsive and answered all the questions I asked in detail. It was my first time changing insurance companies and I wasn’t sure how it was going to go or what exactly I had to do. Very disappointed. We've worked with Chris for the past few years. He showed up with options for our first renewal in 2022 then never checked in with us again. We renewed last year with no contact from him at a higher rate. Then again this year, our rate went up further without explanation and no contact from him. We found a much better option and requested he cancel our policies so they didn't auto renew. He responded with "That's too bad. I wish I had a chance to touch base with you before you cancelled"... Suggesting it was on us and ignoring that it was 5 days prior to our renewal; without any contact from him. Again. He lacks proactive practices and then makes it seem like we didn't give him an opportunity. We think his opportunities were in being a professional who does their due diligence with his active clients at renewal. He lacked ownership over his absence and the impact that had on us finding a more engaging broker. In our experience, he won't actively advocate for you to have the best policy and rate. Know that ownership will be on you if you work with him! 👎🏻

Been working with Chris now for about 8 months. He has been so awesome to work with. Quick responses when I’ve had a question or needed a policy change, found me significant auto insurance savings with better coverage and it took very little work from me, maybe 10 minutes.
