Our elderly mother used Lisa as her insurance agent because she felt valued, she felt that Lisa was dependable, honest and trustworthy. We had a flood in her home a few years back and action was quickly taken to remedy the situation. We were guided through the process and we felt that our voice had been heard.
Mom passed away this past spring and I have had a few instances where I have had to call the office for assistance. I have been dealt with respectfully and professionally. I appreciate each person in this office that I have worked and each time and know that my concerns are heard and action will be taken. Thank you so much for all that you do, you’re doing it right!
