We love Lisa Fryrear and her team. My family has been with State Farm for over 35 years. Whenever we have had issues with my parents' house or any car problems, Lisa and her team have been quick to resolve them. We have experienced a couple of losses in our family, and dealing with paperwork and legal documents is the last thing we want to handle during such times. Pretty unhappy with my service here. Was insured here for almost two years. At point point, my premium began going up without any changes to my driving history, and I couldn't get anyone to return my calls or emails to give me an explanation. After a few months of this, I ended up cancelling my policy and going elsewhere. In my opinion, overpriced and poor customer service.

One would think when dealing with insurance companies it would be a hassle and a pain.... calling Lisa Fryrear's isn't a pain. NOT sure where she finds employe's with such sunny personalities.
