State Farm is a great insurance company. I have only been insured by them my entire life and the service is great - until I worked with this agency. Let me be clear, Nicki in the front office is great (the only reason for a 2-star). My issue is that I never spoke to the actual agent, Lisa, despite requests for contact.

I had a claim on my homeowners (basement flooded) this was discovered while I was in the process of selling the house. I eventually sold the home and thus cancelled the insurance. Little did I know if you have a claim and cancel your insurance (even if you sell the house and don't need it anymore) you get banned from State Farm for 3-5 years!

No one told me this when I called - we could have even mitigated the ban by switching renters insurance policies. I asked to talk to Lisa and she never called me. I get the sense of incompetence from this agent. If you are a State Farm fan like me, there are plenty of State Farm Agents - go talk to someone else!

I've had years of great service from Lisa Cano and her staff. It may be possible to find a lower rate with other companies, but the speedy professional service and human interaction State Farm and this office provides keeps me with them.

Insurance is something you hope to never need, but when you need it State Farm comes through.

Was in an accident, not my fault. Other driver sighted. Run around for days to get a rental and it finally came to a my attention that the officer used the witness name on report . Of all the people I have talked with in the last 5 days, nobody caught it but me.
I can't drive my car, ins approved rental, but her ins says no that my car is drivable. CIRCLES!!! Finally blew up in which I apologize for but jeez!

Am totally surprised at Cierra's experience with Lisa Cano's office. I have been treated professionally, friendly, and have gotten excellent service and help every time I've contacted them.

Extremely rude to all whom encounter this office! There is no reason for ANYONE to be talked to , the way they speak to people. When I think of State Farm I see them as friendly and helpful. This is not the image nor face that State Farm should have representing it. I thought it was just directed at me, but had some relatives go in as well undercover and they were treated just as poorly. I thought State Farm was a better company than this!
