I got an upsetting call from my insurance company that my monthly rate was going to almost double at no fault of my own, but because it's "just the times". A friend referred me to Lindsay's office. I sent a text from the website and within minutes got a call back. Got connected with Jon who was super helpful and receptive to my tight financial situation and gave me options without confusing or pushy language. He was able to find me a policy that is not only significantly cheaper than what I was paying but better coverage than what I was getting! It took about 10 minutes over the phone from beginning to end. I also love that they are a local office. If today is any indication as to how I'll be treated, I'm hopeful for this new partnership moving forward. Thank you again, John.

This agent and her representatives go way above and beyond what I expected from an Insurance agent. I have a complicated situation and I needed to make some special requests. I was amazed at how Abbey, the representative I talked with, how she — first of all listened compassionately when I described an incident that occurred, and how she came up with solutions that I had not thought of, and was willing to make phone calls for me. I could see that her whole goal was to make things as easy as possible for me. I imagine, in her line of work, she knows how to respond to people who are going through unexpected calamities in life. But I really didn’t expect my insurance agent to care in the way that my sister would care. And think of every possible way that she could help me. It really was, just like as if my sister were the person who answered my call to State Farm. I’m really grateful, and it helps me to feel everything will work out okay in my situation. This is a wonderful caring agency that I will continue to trust❤️
