Laura Topliffe really does the impossible. She makes complicated Medicare decisions understandable. After years on corporate health insurance, my husband retired. We tried reading all the government provided pamphlets and only felt more confused. Laura helped us understand what parts of Medicare worked best for our situation, both financially and health-wise. We would probably be under-insured or paying unnecessary costs if she hadn't helped us. She's the BEST!

I am very impressed with the quality of customer service I received from the representative I spoke with, Megan Hickey. I've been so stressed shopping for Healthcare plans that meet specific needs. Megan was so patient and helpful and personable. When people say they want to talk to REAL people and not robots, this is what they mean!
