I am taking a moment out of my day to write a review for Liberty State Ins. mainly due to my positive experience with the staff there. I was very impressed with their office area; very clean, organized and professional. Mostly impressed by the agents. I had an opportunity to speak with two of their agents and I was impressed that they are bilingual and very well skilled at what they do. Because of this experience, I would recommend them and I did feel very comfortable especially with the ease of communication Thank you again Liberty. Horrible service save your time and money. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE, OWNER AND ALL EMPLOYEES ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD.

Part two

This has nothing to do with rate, it has to do with simple customer service, your Emplyee hanged up the phone on us and we had to call you back. When I called back you were more interested in backing your u professional employee then to stand corrected and show concern or trying to apologize. As a owner of an Insurance agency you have to make some type effort to hear your current and prospective clients, if you read your reviews you will see I am not the only one who had a bad experience with your company. I would most certainly suggest a customer service class for you and your so called agents.

In my line of work, I work with MANY insurance companies and this company is the WORST! They are not professional and the manager actually told me to "go to hell" when I requested an updated Certificate of Insurance for a particular insured. That was after being put on hold and after two prior requests for this information. I have never been treated so poorly and there are too many options for anyone to work with a company so poorly managed. You will likely never get your claim filed or get through to anyone who will handle your situation professionally.

Bad customer service. You pay them one month & they leave it on autopay when you specifically tell them not to because you would like to pay in person & they end up charging you 2 months & dont want to return your money. Save your time and stress. Go elsewhere.
