I’m speaking on behalf of my brother, recently he applied to rent a house, Samantha Shannon never followed up, never called, never let him know anything About his application process/status. On 3/9/20 he called in the am to find out what was the status on his application, she said I need something else from you. Then he called me stating he needed something else. Once he called back to give what she had asked for, she then said it was rented out this morning! REALLY!!!! You told my brother this morning he needed another document you also then said it was rented out this morning !!! I’m highly disappointed and to be honest I think my brother was racially profiled . I wish we can get the money back for his application fee that’s the least they can do! I will never recommend them to anyone. Look for someone that follows up with you!!!
