After submitting an online inquiry with Erie, the assistant Troi called and gave me information and told me she would call back that afternoon. I never received a called so I called in the next few days. My quote was then given and the requirements for underwriting were told to me. I had all the information emailed over within an hour. I even spoke with Troi to ensure she got the email. She told me she would come out to look at my house in the next two days depending on when it rained. It has been almost two weeks and I never heard back. The rate was great but unfortunately the customer service is lacking.
