The property we rented from Lexington was a major bright spot. We truly enjoyed the home, the landscape, and the neighborhood. Many good memories were made. If this property were managed by any other company, it would be a 5 out of 5 star review. Aside from when we were looking to initially rent the house, we unfortunately had unpleasant interactions with Lexington, to include the bill for "damages" we just received. The place was in considerably better condition than when we arrived a year prior, yet we were charged for items such as "wipe down walls and touch up paint" ($179), "patched and painted inside the bedroom closet" ($103), and "cleaned landscape throughout, hauled away as needed" ($156). We spent three days deep cleaning the house and addressing the above items, which again, were in significantly better condition than when we arrived. Because we naively assumed good intent and didn't take "before" pictures, rather than fight it, we are leaving a negative review, which seems to be in line with the other reviews on here.

Ese and Michelle acted quickly in getting my application approved and spot secured, they even gave me the benefit of a doubt when a previous landlord tried to slander me. I ended up getting approved for another property through another rental agency .. I have regret not using Lexington for my approved application, will definitely be back thank you so much for your diligency ladies.

I would NOT recommend leasing from this property management company, the place was in terrible shape when I moved in. It smelled like cats, so I had to get the carpet cleaned( from my dime) and deep clean the house myself!!should of known when they didn’t want to do a walkthrough with me instead of having me do it myself. But when moving out they made sure to charge me all these fee’s and services for cleaning lol. Really hope they actually cleaned the place this time and make sure you do a thorough walk through of the property as there was a lot of hidden damage at the duplex I was renting.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! My very first experience was awful. I had set up a moving company on the move in date, only 1 day before move in they called and said it wouldn't be ready. I couldn't find any other movers and pressed the issue. Got the keys and place was not even cleaned or even the locks changed. I took over 100 pictures and at the end they still charged me. If you are late on rent for any reason and call them for the amount you owe they don't give you all the extra fees included until move out. They just keep adding more fees each month. Still going through legal matters now and it's been like 3yrs. WALK AWAY FROM THEM!!!! Oh and by the way every year they up the rent as much as 50-150.
IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM AND MICHELE(PERSONALLY) please get in touch.

We have been working with Lexington Properties for over 8 years now. They have managed our duplex and soon a second property we just purchased. They have placed two long term tenants in the first who care for the property like it's their own.

Mischelle and her team are professional, responsive, and help act as a flow through for any and all tenant needs. The team handles our tenants needs and brings to our attention the larger items that need to be addressed. They are great at filling the properties in a timely manner, and have been great to work with. We would recommend them to any property owner.

Companies like this one are responsible for the outrageous rent prices that is locking my generation out of purchasing homes. The 700 sqft 1bd apt I had was rented for $975. Now they are listed at $1200. Disgusting.

I was lead to believe I was being considered for one of the houses they have for rent when it had already been rented out. Drove by the house and seen someone is already moving in but the house is still on their site for rent.
