When my agent John Hopkins of over 30 years retired we had to find a new agent. We thought we would give Letitia Fulkerson a try. Starting with a phone call to the office. Sue was so kind and helpful. She set us up an appt with Jen. The appt went great, Jen was so helpful and answered all our questions and explained everything in detail. We switched our policies same day. It saved us money but more over we now have people we can trust and speak to face to face.

I had an insurance review today with my agent, Letitia Fulkerson. She is always great! She answers all of my questions, and never makes me feel stupid. She went above and beyond with me multiple times. In addition to making sure I have enough coverage at the best price, she gave me names of a reputable plumber, electrician and body work shop, and when I mentioned I was overdue for lunch, she gave me a tasty piece of candy. She also took extra time to support me in my silliness, by taking a picture of me with Jake from State Farm in the lobby. She doesn't treat me like I'm just a client, but a friend.
