If I could give zero stars that would be more accurate for this company. If you are thinking of using them I would encourage you to go to anyone else. This company does not care about their customers but extorts them at their lowest point they do not help but does quite the opposite. I combined my car loan with another in hopes to get ahead…the interest rate was outrageous…out of my payment of 400 only 100 was going towards my principal…being a single mother I did not know much about loans but learned by getting taken from them. Then when I tried to refinance during Covid one of their workers told me to defer a payment because I didn’t have it at the time but it was right before refinancing…so my rate was worse then before then when I realized what happened the same woman said “oh well you should always make a payment.” They only care about getting their money at the extortion of others they will not help you only cause you to go into more debt. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. Thankful I learned from their foully.
