This company is horrible!! Angela is also horrible my ceiling is leaking in my bedroom or a 3 year old building and she leaves to go on vacation and leave me on hold!! Meanwhile raises our rates we have no pool no clubhouse no real common area! No landscaping she skipped last years landscaping and kept the money I’m sure! So very disappointing!! Oh and everyone parks where they want on the sidewalks the grass and wrong way parking on both sides!! But only selective residents get to do that others get towed! Very descriminating company and people! Time to get an attorney I believe!! We need to get rid of her and that company!!

Angela Estellette manages our community and there multiple issues that have not been addressed for over 2 years now . I’ve sent multiple emails and nothing is ever done. Would not recommend this company. They have made our neighborhood a very unpleasant place to live . Can’t believe there in business still. Update: They replaced Angela with Kimberly Vetzel and has not gotten any better. Stay clear of them. The good reviews that are posted on here are fake reviews from fake profiles.

I have been in the board of directors for 4 years in the tampa community and dealing with leland is a nightmare - the community manager lisa dixon doesn’t respond to owners emails, she does the minimum work needed, she doesn’t care about cost reduction (if it was for her approve all costs), bends the policies as necessary each year,- she is unprofessional and does as she pleases - is ashamed to even have her - i contacted the main leland office several times last year and no one called me back - do not get this unprofessional company to handle your community - that woman is a nightmare

Don’t ever buy a home in an development that is managed by this company. My son has severe allergies to Saint Augustine grass, Florida dirt, etc. etc. And though I am able to control his symptoms, with a pool and fun activities in our backyard for our kids to enjoy the grass being wet causes him to have flareups. When I brought this to the boards attention asking nicely for me to have turf professionally installed in the backyard, they denied despite me telling them that my son had a medical condition. Even with medical documentation they are giving me the runaround. And honestly what right do they have to my child’s medical documentation anyway? As long as this management company is in my community we will not be here long term and will never look back. So please if you were thinking of buying don’t do any kind of business with Leland management. They don’t care about your children!!!!!!!!!! And this is only one of many many issues that I’ve had with this management company

This rating is not for the company but rather for one individual that works for Leland Management's IT department. Amanda Ortiz is a VERY customer oriented individual. I had several issues with my account and several questions. After being 'bounced' among several customer service representatives I finally had the good fortune of being connected to Amanda. She quickly resolved the issues with my account, answered my questions, and asked for my suggestions and input. Not only did she listen to my ideas she IMMEDIATELY adopted my ideas and had them implemented before our phone conversation was done. OUTSTANDING. Amanda's customer oriented, positive, and can do attitude is refreshing and an attitude that needs to be encouraged with LeLand Management.
