Let's begin with, I LIVE WITH ROACHES AND THEY ARE IN EVERY PIECE OF FURNIFURE AND ELECTRONICS I HAVE. Call after call to pest control, which by the way, is 10 bucks a month, and no change. They charge you for storm drainage and the parking lot floods and ruins vehicles. I have been in touch with the front office and the regional manager about deposits that have just disappeared. For months they told me they paid me back, I asked for a receipt or canceled check. They can provide neither. They violate federal housing law when it comes to assistance animals. Will not return 900 in pet deposits. No one rarely returns my calls. Anyone else been treated this way or worse?

Those who manage this property are cheaters, they don't pay their workers, I have been waiting for payment for almost a year and I haven't received it!! Don't pay your rent, maybe they will wait a year!! Linda is the most deceitful region, don't do business with this corporation.

I am a previous tenant and I loved the property but I have been waiting for over 30 days to get my deposit. It was put in the “mail”2/28 but I have not received it. The office manager has not been able to get any information other than it’s in the mail. All the interest they are collecting on my money needs to be added to what they owe me.

Legend Management has failed to refund our deposit for over ONE YEAR. We vacated our apartment in December of 2022, and were told we would receive a refund of approximately $80. We have called multiple times, been told that it had been sent, that it hadn't been sent, that they didn't have our address on file, that once it had been put in that their finance team had been undergoing changes, and consistently assured that it would be fixed. After receiving a reply to a poor review stating that we call the same office we had several times in the past, and insisting that they would fix the problem, 4 months later we have still not received anything. It is incredible that a company can go over a year without sending reimbursement, and this is incredibly shady business practice. I will pick it up in office if I have to and can do so immediately, but it has been 18 months since this refund has been promised to us and it is tiring to follow up, be told we will receive it in 2-4 weeks, then have radio silence again and again. I left a dispute on the BBB website (Which they stated was credible) where Legend Management has replied to every other post and they refused to answer. When I visited the office once more, I heard the same excuse of "We didn't have your address on file" (We have given it to them over three times by now) and that, now that it was updated, we would get it in 1-2 weeks. It has now been TWO MONTHS.

Absolutely worst property management company. Moved out of one of the apartments that they maintain two months ago and have yet to receive my security deposit back. They say “it’s in the mail” but it doesn’t not take two month to get in from the mail. If the issue isn’t resolved soon there will be a law suit.

I reside at the Cantebria Crossing residence and I have had some serious concerns with the manager that runs the leasing office here. She is rude, has a horrible attitude and is extremely biased towards certain residences. I called to speak to HR and they told me they didn’t handle that and to call another lady. I called this lady 2 times and even emailed and have yet to hear anything from the office. I am looking into anyone higher up to speak to about my concerns.

I went twice to Serrano Ranch; the 2nd time I went Alma did not give me back my drivers lic; or call me to tell me she had it. Monday morg my friend Cindy is going to get it while I am at work. She saw me give it to Alma and never get it back.

I wanted to rent a apt; 1 bedroom upstairs with washer dryer hock up. I left 2 messages with Alice to give to Alma and 1 on the voice mail. NO calls where ever returned.
This scares me; if they are treating a new poss renter like this; how are they going to treat me after I move in. It's a shame because the apt was perfect for me.
