The staff was not competent in scheduling my wife to consult with LaTour. Instead of apologizing to my wife, LaTour treated her in a demeaning manor before sending her away. We then received the help we needed elsewhere from a firm that conducted themselves in a more caring, competent, and professional way.

When came in the office to meet with what I believed was two advisors, Neither introduced themselves to me. I I had to ask them who they were. Manners matter!!! One was the owners son, and after I asked, was not in college nor had a college degree. Yet they both asked and wrote down financial information about me and my husband. Not impressed with this group of people, would not ever entrust our money to them.
