We had extensive water damage due to a burst water pipe in our laundry room, we unfortunately did not notice the signs until it was too late. We called Lakes Restoration and they answered right away, we got in contact with Ally and I explained our situation to her. She was very sympathetic and friendly towards us and was able to get an appointment set up with Caleb to get us a free inspection and a walkthrough on how to get the restoration process started! Caleb was able to help me start a claim with my insurance and as soon as it was approved they instantly got to work! During the time they were here they were extremely careful with how they did their job. Caleb, Johnathan and their team got it done in a timely manner and left our laundry room exactly how we wanted it! No more water damage, risk of mold and more importantly no more headaches! There was constant communication throughout the whole process and Ally contacted me after the job was completed to make sure I was happy with how everything turned out! I will be using them in the future for any restoration projects and I let all my neighbors know as well! Thank you Ally, Caleb, Johnathan and the whole team, y’all were great!

We recently had some water damage in our kitchen and bathroom area. We contacted Lakes restoration and had a great experience working with this company, they are very professional and knowledgeable. Especially, when it came to working with our insurance carrier. The project coordinator Jonathan R. was on top of all the legal stuff which made everything so much easier. Was great working with him.
The work from the rebuild team was professional, efficient and great quality. We are truly happy with the work that was provided by Lakes Restoration. I would gladly recommend them.

This company came to help me when I needed them so much. They are very professional and did such a wonderful job on water damage that started on my second floor and went to the first floor. I was so worried on what to do. I called my insurance and worked with them to make it an easy and seamless process. Once the insurance approved it, Lakes Restoration did the rest. They even got a pack out and pack in approved! I can not thank them enough for all their work. The subcontractors were also excellent. If you ever in a bad situation like mine, don't hesitate to call them. My experience was a first and I am so please. Such a professional company. The only problem was a container that was left behind in my driveway. Lakes had a third party drop it off. 2 weeks after all the work was finished, it was still there. I had to call and email the container company myself to get it resolved. As I right this, I'm going on three weeks...

We had a water leak that ruined our kitchen. Our plumbers came in and let me know that a lot of walls had to be replaced. It was overwhelming especially with a new born. Caleb and Jonathan came to the rescue and helped me through the whole situation. They communicated with insurance for me and kept me updated the whole way. They were available at all times and worked with my schedule. Now we have a brand new kitchen and very happy with the results. Thank you Caleb and Jonathan for turning a disaster into a new kitchen!

Caleb and his WHOLE crew were very helpful and professional at all times with scheduling, updates, communication and results. Lakes helped us through out the WHOLE process from demo to reconstruction and pack out and pack in!..Hoping I wont go through this again but I will definetely use Lakes services again and will recommend to family and friends.

I can't recommend this company any higher! They responded to my water damaged bathroom so quickly, and took care of the problem without me having to worry. I was able to use that bathroom within a few days when I thought it would take weeks. Thank you Caleb and all your guys for the help!
