Had a roof leak that had been apparently leaking into my walls and apparently Allstate thinks that you should have X-ray vision to see inside the walls. I had a bubble of water form above my bathroom door which is how I found that there was a leak. They made me do a zoom video with the claims department because this was during COVID. They told me since it was long term damage that they would not accept my claim. So here I am 3 years later with now my entire back wall of my house has to be ripped out and replaced. Insurance won’t pay it but I still pay them every month! It’s beyond repair of what I could or can financially afford to fix which is why I have insurance. Allstate is the worst insurance and they refuse claims that are reported in a timely manner. Their claims adjusters are nothing other than fraudulent people denying claims to benefit Allstate!
