We selected Kristin to be our listing agent when selling our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! We were in the process of a cross-country move during the listing period, so the timing needed to align perfectly in order for us to sell and purchase a new home after relocating. She was very knowledgeable about local market conditions and was able to predict both the price and number of days required to close just about perfectly. She helped us find contractors for home repairs, photographers for listing, and interior designers for staging. She provided much needed advice for tradeoffs during the objection period, pre-inspection, and every other step of the way.
