I'm sure Kristen Anderson is a fine agent but in truth we never really dealt with her. Her staff on the other hand isn't great, today was the last straw. It took a corporate conversation to figure out the mistakes her staff made. Her staff could have easily figured out the problem if they had just listened but they are too busy waiting to talk, waiting to tell you things that have nothing to do with the reason that you are there. Mediocrity or incompetence changed drivers on two of our vehicles while we were moving our classic car to state farms haggerty policy this caused an automatic increase and refund, I have explained this to them multiple times and they still just can't grasp the mistakes they made. The fact that I have to get on a Google review to explain this because the rudeness and melt down of a "non licenced insurance associate" (her words) is ridiculous. I recommend you find the next closest good neighbor before the headaches begin.
