ABSOLUTELY they will steal your money and give no accounting of it when requested. My recently deceased mother was duped into having a policy and this office sought only to steal money though unneeded coverage without disclosure. I'm so glad to see all the terrible reviews these people deserve. Offal.

Absolutely unacceptable and horrible customer service from this office. The gentleman that works there is rude and unprofessional and speak down to people. Tells them what they have experienced in the past is wrong because he has been doing insurance for a long time. Spends more time trying to be right than do what’s right. Ridiculous. He should not be in the insurance industry. Also gives quotes for insurance. Then takes weeks for them to show up on your bill then they are higher than he quotes and can no longer find the original quote. Brandon is the gentleman’s name. When I speak to him and tell him multiple concerns he just tells me that people only complain because of the price or their inability to understand how insurance works. That he is a professional and other people are the problem. This is horrible. This man needs to not be in a customer service position. Absolutely abhorrent. Likely leaving State Farm because of this man.

I had been with Kris for over 30 years and my parent's with her for over 20 years. The last year became a nightmare with my monthly bill consistently changing due to billing errors on their part. I would call to speak with the office staff and I would be told they would look into and call me back. I would usually not get a call back and would have to reach out agian. It has been very frustrating to say the least. I finally gave up with this office and changed insurance companies all together. I didn't feel like a valued customer who had been loyal to Kris for so long as there was not an apology from anyone in office, including Kris. Times have sure changed!

after 6 years of shelling out the dough to this agent and company, I've had enough of Brandon's ineptitude. We've had to replace out of pocket things that should have been covered by the policy we paid so much for, then we were unceremoniously dropped by the company and had to scramble to find new coverage which was overpriced as we were dropped. This agency should not be able to do what they do.
