Our underwriting department has determined that they were going to set your policies to non-renew effective xx/xx/2025 due to Mr. Husband’s accident.

I get this notice after 1 accident under State Farm. This is all happening during Christmas week. I have never heard of this before. We went back and forth between State Farm and Allstate because we’ve always had a good experience with AllState but decided to try this business due to what seemed to be a pleasant experience with one of the agents there.

We even paid up for a better plan for one of our cars. Kofi could not even reach out to us about this and explain exactly what is going on, which makes me not feel like a valued customer. We will remove all of our policies and not touch this business or any State Farm with a 100ft pole.

I would highly recommend against using Kofi or State Farm. They are scam artists, we have been paying customers and 1 accident while on State Farm (which was 1/10 the cost of what we paid them over the years while under State Farm) we are dropped, disgraceful.
