Had them years ago when I was Jerri Cooper never had a problem but whoever the lady is that works in the piqua office now and answers the phone is very rude and talks down to you. Very snobby personality. I called today to get insurance for my husband and i.didnt even finish the phone call. Used to recommend them but now I would say go somewhere else and get treated better.

Had a situation where an sr22 wasnt filed with the bmv but now the sr22 has been posted to the bmv and my license is valid again. Kirk went above and beyond to fix this issue! Even came to my home to personally deliver a copy of my sr22 and copy of insurance cards to me for proof. Not many people would have done that but the circumstances were there where he felt he needed to do this, and he definitely made it right in my book. Thank you again!
