For being a realty office, they have nothing to rent nor sell. I guess the retarded Californian's came here and took everything away from the people that have been here longer than those retarded Californians that come here to get cheap rentals and houses, while California has houses that are MUCH, MUCH, cheaper than anyplace here in Kingman, ARIZONA. Californian's ONLY care about themselves, since they were given 215,000 drivers licenses for free without ever taking the written or actual driving test.

So, as anyone can tell you, searching for a home can be an absolute nightmare, right? Well, after going thru realty, companies who just want your credit check money to just not returning your phone calls. To companies who practically want to know your blood type, it gets ridiculous. Ramona at Realty Executives made my house hunting a positive experience. She listened to what I needed and was looking for in a home. I have been renting from this company for over 2 years and I appreciate them to the fullest extent. The office staff is amazing and always on top of maintenance, when our heater went out, they had bought a brand new unit within 1 week it was fixed, they also provided whatever we may have needed to keep cool/warm, it was perfect weather for when it broke.
I highly recommend them, I always make sure to let others know who are looking to call them and see what they have for rent. This is the Best company I have rented from and I have been renting for over 13 years!

I was very interested in renting a home, sent a message asking for an application which I received, and was told also that the application can’t be accepted until I view the home which was fine. So I responded that I’d be in the area the next day and would like to set up a time either that day or the next to see the home and drop my application. This was there response “That’s fine, but if I get another application I’ll have to work that one.” That’s all they said, didn’t try and set up a time, didn’t say which day was best for them, nothing.
I literally asked for a time and day to see the home, but their response was just ignorance and attitude. If your desperate then I guess you’re gonna have to put up with these folks, hopefully your not desperate.

Outstanding customer service. I wouldn't want to rent from anyone else other then Jim. I have had several (4)other family members rent from him and all were treated with respect. Pricing and service are far better then any other renters in the area. I have read the 1 star reviews and can only conclude they must have been written by those who normally get evicted and have no knowledge of Arizona rental laws. I highly recommend Him Hunks.

This place is such an amazing place to rent from. Jim is so caring and understanding. Works with anyone . If any issues, that is taken care of with in 24 hours. Absolute amazing place to rent from. I will always refer to them and rent from them when I need too. Hands down the best customer service I have ever encountered in my many year of renting. When I'm in the market to rent again, it will definitely be with Realty Executive, Jim Hubka.

I’d give zero stars if i could. These people do not care for their clients, or their safety, Ramona specifically and her maintenance man. They are very unprofessional and will gang up on you if they believe you are wrong. They obviously don’t realize there is this thing called hyperthermia, so they will refuse to fix your AC if you ask. Also, they will put a swamp cooler on the side of your house instead of on the roof like it is supposed to be so it actually works to cool off your house. So instead it is blowing through broken vents while people are sitting in heat roasting their a** off in 100 plus degree weather while they refuse to fix it cuz they’re lazy and don’t want to spend their money.. These people need to roast in the heat to see what it feels like then maybe they will have a bit of sympathy. Rude as hell, don’t make them money people, steer very clear of this place or you will suffer!!
