I joined the credit union about 30 days ago. I am very happy with the service I received from Christopher, who is out of the Fountain Valley office. He was very professional, told me exactly what to expect and he was exactly right. I opened my account over the phone, sent all the documents needed and I was able to obtain a loan after 30 days of becoming a member. I call that service. If i could give 10 stars I would. Never in my entire life have had such an Amazing banking experience and the best customer service I have ever encountered. Albert Gomez, my new Personal Financial Advocate Angel, turned a very traumatic time in my life after a fire and illness and injuries and losses , into a day not just for a new bank account, but the kindness and time he took with me , the compassion and empathy for what we have endured, meant everything to me today. To the Owners of Kinecta , I truly hope you take care of Albert Gomez and your employees, because your bank is a diamond in the rough right now and please don’t ever lose that . Have been a Kinecta customer for many years...went in today to my branch in Tustin and spoke to Oscar A. to open a CD and was extremely pleased by the service...took a few minutes with verification, investment services, and docusign...dunzo! Very efficient and knowledgeable personnel. Thank you Oscar!!

I had a great experience at this location because of Ekram. He gave the best experience out of all the locations I have been to, Tustin, is my favorite now, thanks to Mr. Ekram Sarwari. He was very patient with me and explained the banking system that was to my benefit as far as different credit cards and secured cards and which one works best for me. I will definitely return to this location soon, and I am from the Los Angeles area.

I've not had a good time with Kinecta in general so far.

Branch never answers the phone so you have to go in person to talk to anyone, and they only have a few employees so you will be waiting a long time usually. The employees are very nice and helpful though once you finally get to talk to someone.

ATMs almost never work and the removed one of the three at this location so your odds of getting a working ATM are even worse now.

Online banking is a joke compared to Bank of America, app frequently won't log in and mobile check deposit takes 7-10 days to clear making it entirely worthless.

Yesterday I went to this Kinecta branch to start a membership and open an account. I also wanted to get a line of credit as well. Eric Reynolds did an amazing job helping me with setting up my membership, checking account, as well as applying for the line of credit. He has top notch customer service skills. And, I even got an answer on the line of credit same day. Ekram was the other representative there that day and was also very helpful. He offered excellent advice when the 3 of us were discussing the best options to suit my needs. They took the time to help me get the right solutions for me. And, that is priceless. A mark of professionals. The atmosphere is very friendly, comfortable, and welcoming. I highly recommend getting a membership and whatever accounts you need at Kinecta, and when you do, ask for Eric!!! He will take excellent care of you!

At a very stressful and frustrating time in my life, the last thing I wanted to do visit a bank an hour away from home. Long story short, a representative (Eric Reynolds) took very good care of me. Though my task was complicated, I wasn’t burdened with a second visit. He explained everything in a way I could easily understand. He followed up as promised and my task was completed accurately, efficiently, and professionally. 100 stars for Eric & the Tustin branch!
