My insurance decided to let my current policy lapse and I was fortunate enough to have my insurance broker connect me with Kiki. Not only did she help me secure insurance for my home here in Tucson she also helped me obtaining coverage for a vacation cabin in Durango. She got me coverage at a price comparable to what I was paying before, and provided service that went above and beyond. For example when I needed photos of my cabin she worked with another agent to find someone who could do that. And their company covered the cost! Kiki was always helpful and had a positive attitude even when things got intense for me at work and I had trouble keeping up my end of the communication channel. If I could give Kiki six stars I would. I can not recommend her enough.
