Working with Kiesau Insurance Services has continued to provide me and my family peace of mind. We were recently notified our existing insurer was no longer doing business in California. Working with Jeff's team allowed me to seamlessly switch to another provider, and keep costs down. A couple phone calls and a few days and we were re-connected. A pleasant situation that could have been very harrowing.

The whole office is so responsive and helpful. We have Home, Auto and Life policies with American National. When they opted not to cover homes in CA any longer the whole Kiesau team worked to get us new coverage. They kept us informed in the entire process and are always really quick to reply to emails or phone calls. Can't recommend them enough!

My home insurance is not renewed. It causes so much headaches and worrisome. Since most of insurance companies are trying to get out of California. I can not say enough good things about my experience with Kiesau Insurance Services . They have been taking care of our home, our classic cars, and are every day drivers for years. When my husband passed they made sure all my needs were met. Always there for me and always pleasant, helpful, and efficient. They've always taken then time to explain things and make we aware of ways to optimize our home and auto balancing coverage with cost. The rising costs aren't their fault.
